Ibodi Monkey Forest (Igbo Edun) is located in Ibodi town, Atakunmosa west Local Government. Theforest is the abode of monkeys that came to Ibodi with Oba IsadeleOloja and Aramofe spirit from lle-Ife.

Although the uncultivated forest is near Ibodi town, the monkeys still live happily with the people and see themselves as part of the community.Araomofe Festival is celebrated in September ofevery year to appease Aromofe Spirit and the Monkeys
